October 22, 2024—Ephraim, UT – Snow College is pleased to announce that Larry and Jennifer Farnes and Art and Heather Enke will be recognized on October 26, 2024, as the school’s newest Distinguished Alumni.

The couples will be honored at the Distinguished Alumni Luncheon, to be held in Founder’s Hall in the historic Noyes Building. They will then participate in the Homecoming parade and will also be honored at halftime during the Homecoming game.

Larry and Jennifer Farnes met at Snow College in 1969. Jennifer was involved in theatre and student government and even played the role of school mascot Buster the Badger. Larry played basketball and was thrilled to be a part of the Snow College National Junior College Championship team in 1970.

Larry and Jennifer now live in Port Ludlow, Washington. Larry is a physical therapist, co-author of multiple books, a successful inventor, and entrepreneur. Jennifer has spent countless hours supporting Larry’s businesses as well as volunteering in the PTA and serving her community. The couple enjoys spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Art and Heather Enke also met at Snow College, with their first conversation happening in the mid 1990’s right by the iconic bell tower. Art played the trumpet in the school band, and Heather played the piano and sang in the choir. They also sang together in the choir for the Ephraim Institute of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Art and Heather are entrepreneurs at heart. Their journey was marked by trial and error, and each attempt taught the couple a valuable lesson. Those lessons paid off in 2015 when they made their breakthrough with their software company, Corjl. The couple calls Phoenix, Arizona, home.
