Asia Exchange has been running since 2007 and has sent more than 10,000 students abroad. In 2024, they became part of Keystone Education Group, which enables them to now provide programs worldwide.

Talk to your advisor to learn if you are able to use financial aid or apply your FAFSA funding for studying abroad.

You may be eligible for scholarships or grants, and some programs also allow you to work part time or undertake a paid internship while abroad to help stretch your budget.

Application Process, Preparations and Deadlines

Important notes:
  • The application process, requirements and deadlines will vary depending on your program of choice.
  • The online application process is quite streamlined. Students can hear back in a few days after submitting their forms.
  • Students are responsible for acquiring the necessary documents such as a passport, student visa, plus international travel and health insurance.
  • Orientation dates, departure and return dates are determined annually. See each program's Academic Calendar for pivotal dates and be sure to speak with your Study Abroad Advisor for details.
  • Students must pass all coursework and complete a reflection project upon returning to the USA.
Tip! There are many programs to choose from and a wide range of deadlines and start dates. Be sure to start your research early.
