The Office of Finance and Administrative Services supports student success at Snow College by stewarding resources responsibly and delivering efficient, responsive, and solutions-focused services across campus.
We partner with students, faculty, and staff to enhance institutional effectiveness and support the success of our college community. Our work is guided by a genuine desire to help, respond, and follow through in ways that make the college stronger and people’s work easier. We cultivate a positive, supportive environment, finding joy in our work and celebrating the impact we make together.
We manage Snow College’s resources with care, integrity, and accountability, honoring the trust placed in us by students, employees, and the public.
We value processes that are clear, timely, and effective. We look for ways to reduce unnecessary complexity while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and quality. We are committed to learning, adapting, and improving our systems and practices over time.
We work side by side with campus colleagues, listening first and contributing constructively. We believe the best solutions come from shared understanding and mutual respect.
We approach challenges with optimism, creativity, and a willingness to help find a path forward. When obstacles arise, we focus on solutions rather than barriers.
We will always strive to do the right thing regardless of the consequences. We will behave consistently with our values;
