The Snow College Staff Association (SCSA) includes all part-time and full-time staff at
Snow College.
OUR MISSION
To create a powerful voice for the Staff at Snow College; to work to advance equality,
benefits, salaries, status of employees and working conditions; to facilitate communication,
understanding and cooperation; to promote the professional growth of its members.
WHAT WE DO
Represent the staff to the Snow College administration
Promote open communication and collaboration between SCSA, Faculty Senate and all
college community members
Promote ways to improve our work environment, benefits, salaries and professional
status of its members
Encourage and promote professional development and training opportunities for staff
Serve the Snow college community
