Up to 3.5% increase (Change in up to $66.5 or from $1898 to $1964.5)	Up to 8.3% increase (Change in up to $16 or $192 to $208)

Tuition increases would be used for institutional priorities.  Fee increases would be used for student-recommended priorities.
