Snow College Expands Continuing Education with AI Course

 January 16, 2026 – Ephraim, UT – Snow College is expanding its continuing education offerings with a new, beginner-friendly course focused on one of today’s most influential emerging technologies: artificial intelligence (AI).

The new microcredential course introduces participants to the fundamentals of AI and its practical applications in the modern workplace. Designed with accessibility in mind, the course requires no prior experience with artificial intelligence and welcomes learners from all backgrounds who are curious about how AI tools are shaping industries, productivity, and creativity.

Through the course, participants will explore prompt and context engineering, productivity strategies, ethical considerations, and creative uses of AI across a variety of professional and personal contexts. The course is taught by Bridger Thompson, who is passionate about helping learners understand and apply AI in meaningful, responsible ways.

The course will be held on Tuesdays from February 10 through March 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., in the Business Building on Snow College’s Ephraim campus.

This new offering reflects Snow College’s ongoing commitment to lifelong learning, workforce development, and providing relevant, forward-looking educational opportunities for the community.
