This beginner friendly microcredential introduces learners to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical applications in the modern workplace. Through hands-on practice with AI tools, learners will explore prompt and context engineering, productivity strategies, ethical considerations, and creative uses of AI.
