Practical AI: Tools, Prompts and Productivity

This beginner friendly microcredential introduces learners to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical applications in the modern workplace. Through hands-on practice with AI tools, learners will explore prompt and context engineering, productivity strategies, ethical considerations, and creative uses of AI. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to confidently apply AI in personal and professional settings - helping them stay adaptable, increase efficiency, and remain competitive in a rapidly changing workforce.
