Title: Business Computer Proficiency
Description: This course is designed for business majors and those wanting a thorough knowledge of spreadsheets and databases. Students will use the current version of Microsoft Excel and Access. The course will cover introductory to intermediate database and spreadsheet concepts. Students will complete an integrated project using both applications to summarize data that can be analyzed to make decisions. To be successful in the class, students should have a basic understanding of computer applications and file management. BUS 1020 is recommended as a prerequisite. Successful mastery of BUS 2010 and CS 1520 will qualify you for the Snow College 'Foundations of Data Analysis' internal certificate. (Additional fee required)
