Snow College manages on-campus housing in two apartment buildings on the Richfield campus. These building house up to 120 students in cooking style apartments. Each unit houses up to five (5) students with a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom (Some rooms have their own bathroom). See available room types and pricing below. Located at 811 West 50 North, Richfield UT, 84701, you'll be living right across the street from the Snow College Richfield campus! Students living here enjoy fully-furnished rooms, free WiFi and utilities, heating and air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, free lockout assistance, free parking, free student events, with access to live-in Resident Assistants (RAs) who are trained in student support to help their peers navigate the challenges of college life.
Pricing is listed as per semester (billed once each semester for the amount below) and charged to your student account in addition to your tuition and student fees for simple student expense management. This makes for one easy place to pay your bills and/or manage your Snow College payment plan.
All applicants must pay the following fees, for each contract signed, at the time of application to reserve their room.
Application Fee: $50 (Due at time of application, non-refundable).
Deposit: $200 (Due at time of application, refundable upon completion of contract).
All units are cooking apartments.
Shared: $1,100/semester (standard shared room for you and one other roommate)
Deluxe Shared: $1,550/semester (shared room, extra large closet, private bathroom for the two roommates)
Private: $2,000/semester (private room within the apartment)
All unites are cooking apartments. All rooms are private for the summer semester.
Private: $1,600/Semester (private room in the apartment)
Deluxe Private: $1800/Semester (private room in the apartment, extra large closet, private bathroom)
