We are excited to have you live on-campus and are here to help answer your questions and adjust to college life. Remember, if you have questions you can always contact us by selecting the 'Contact Us' email on our website. You will be emailed your housing assignment but can always log back into your housing application to see the details.

May 10, 2024 - Summer Move-In Day for on-campus housing (9am-5pm)

May. 13, 2024 - Summer Semester Begins

Aug. 23, 2024 - Fall Freshman Move-In Day (12pm-5pm)

Aug. 24, 2024 - Fall Move-In Day (8am-8pm)

Spring 2024 Move-out Instructions

All spring, 2024 contracts end on May 5, 2024 at 10pm. You must follow these steps in order avoid improper checkout fees and get your deposit back. 

  1. Sign up for a checkout time on your RA's door using their sign up sheet.
    1. You must sign up at least 24 hours in advance of your desired checkout time to be respectful of the RA's time and to avoid improper checkout fees. 
  2. At the time of your scheduled checkout, everything in your room/apartment/suite must be clean and empty
    1. All trash removed
    2. All floors vacuumed and/or mopped
    3. Kitchen sink and countertops cleaned
    4. Fridge/freezer emptied and thoroughly wiped down
    5. Bathroom shower, toilet, floor, sink should be thoroughly cleaned
    6. All cupboards, drawers, cabinets, and closets in the room/apartment/suite emptied and cleaned/wiped out
    7. All of your belongings should be packed up and out of the room
    8. Be prepared to give your bedroom key back to the RA

Summer 2024 Move-In Day Instructions

Summer 2024 Move-In Day will be on May 10, 2024. Students who are currently living on-campus will stay in their spring room assignment until May 10. 

On May 10, all summer housing residents will move into Mary Nielson hall from 9am-5pm. New students follow the same move-in day instructions as listed in the Fall move-in day steps below. Current on-campus housing residents, you will checkout of your spring housing assignment, returning your key to the RA, and then you will check-into your summer housing and receive your new key for your room assignment in Mary Nielson. 

FAll 2024 Move-In Day Instructions

Freshman Move-In day: Friday, August 23, 2024 from 12pm-5pm. Freshmen orientation and welcome events will take place that eveing and all day on Saturady. Only Freshman may move-in on Friday, August, 23, 2024. Please plan accordingly. 

Move-In Day for all other students: Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024. Students may arrive between 8:00am and 8:00pm (although we encourage you to get moved in by 3pm to have access to other campus resources). Students may also arrive and check-in on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2024 between 10:00am and 8:00pm. Follow the steps below to make your Move-In Day experience as smooth as possible.

  1. Get registered for classes as early as possible: 
  2. Get your Badger ID card least two weeks prior to move-in Day: 
    • Your Badger ID card, once printed, will be available for you upon checking into your Residence Hall.
  3. Check the Move-In FAQs for packing lists of what to bring and what not to bring.
  4. On Move-In Day, make sure you pick up your ID card first at the Greenwood Student Center at the Registrar's Office.
  5. Once you have your ID card, get it activated at the Housing Office in the GSC.
  6. Then head to your Residence Hall. 
    • Anderson Hall, 135 E 100 S, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
    • Castilleja Hall, 160 N 100 E, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
    • Mary Nielson Hall, 165 E 100 N, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
    • Nuttall Hall, 75 S 100 E, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
    • Snow Hall, 171 E 100 N, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
    • Suites at Academy Square, 131 E College Avenue, Ephraim, UT, 84627 
  7. Once at your Residence Hall, wait in the lobby to be checked in by a Resident Assistant.
    • You must check-in with an RA to get your bedroom door key.
  8. After you've completed your check-in process and received your key, you are free to move-in your belongings.
  9. Other campus services and events will be available during the day until around 3pm on Saturday (until 5pm on Friday), be sure to explore the student center and the rest of campus!
