Keep in mind that even if your package indicates that it is delivered, it must still be processed by Mail Services before it is ready for pick-up. If your package indicates it was delivered on a Saturday where we are closed, or a holiday weekend please allow Mail Services extra time on Monday or the first day back from the holiday to process your package.
Fed Ex delivers between 10:00am and 3:30pm
UPS delivers between 11am and 4:00pm
USPS mail is picked up about 10am.
