  • Only people holding a state issued food handlers permit are allowed to handle food at Snow College sponsored events. There is no exception to this policy.
  • The Food Service Director must approve of any food donated by a legitimate business in advance.
  • Snow College Food Services makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also the possibility that manufacturers of the foods we use could change the formulation without notice. Customers with concerns about food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
