are not going to want to miss out on the opportunity to work in such a fun environment.
Hiring managers report that Horne Activity Center is a positive environment where student workers gain work experience and meet new people. Employees learn to multitask, interact with people, and participate in community services. Students also learn how to handle cash and card machines and acquire time management skills. The skills that they learn here will transfer well to any job.
A typical day in the activity center brings in a mix of locals and students. Student workers hand out equipment to the patrons, clean the equipment, and enforce rules. Students are given 4-8 hours with a pay of $10 per hour. Work hours will vary depending on your class schedule.
