The Program Incubator is Snow College's venue for developing program proposals for the faculty Curriculum Committee to consider. Ideas for new degrees or certificates or substantive changes to existing programs can use the incubator resources for peer review, market research, mission alignment, and resource discovery. Ultimate approval of academic programs and curriculum remains with the faculty (via the Curriculum Committee), the Board of Trustees, and the Utah System of Higher Education.
The Program Incubator committee is made up of faculty members from across campus, academic leadership, and marketing, advising, financial, and recruiting staff leaders.
