Christine 'Chris' Ryhlick, Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Hours, is a life long advocate of health and well being through Yoga and Meditation. Learning about Yoga in her 20's during the 1960's and completing meditation courses in the 1970's, she has studied and practiced the physical, mental, and emotional benefits gained from daily observance of Yoga and Meditation. At 70 years young, she is a new Adjunct Teacher for Yoga.
Chris also worked at Inter Mountain Health Care in the Salt Lake Area for ten years in Nursing Administration. She has been a Leader-Trainer with Weight Watchers in Salt Lake for four years. Volunteered for seventeen years throughout Utah as Leader with the mothering support group, La Leche League International.
Chris has taught Yoga privately in her home and is business owner of Love My Yoga. She is currently teaching Free Community Classes in Ephraim, Snow College Community Education Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes, and Gentle Yoga at Snow College. She has lived in Ephraim for ten years, is the mother of a son and daughter. She has eight grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
