Service Request Timelines

You will find the typical timeframe for implementation below. Implementation time does not begin until we have received all necessary files and information. Also, larger scale projects will require a minimum of one meeting to discuss needs prior to beginning implementation. Please note that in a busy season, such as back to school or commencement, times may be longer.

  • Minor updates to existing content: Three business days
  • Major updates to replace existing content: Two weeks
  • Creation of new content/pages: Four weeks
Directory changes must be made through the Information Technology office. Changes to the catalog are made through the Office of Academic Affairs.

Annual Content Review

It is important that web content be kept current. Each office or department is responsible for reviewing their own pages annually. Any changes or updates can be submitted through the service request form. If all page information is accurate and no changes need to be made, please send an email to email address for this person indicating that you have reviewed your pages and no changes are necessary. Any pages that have not been reviewed within the past year will be archived.

Report Inaccessible Content

Making technology accessible means making it available to users who experience a range of disabilities. Snow College works hard to provide accessible content for all. If you are using assistive technology to access the Snow College website and have experienced an accessibility problem, please let us know so that we can work toward finding an appropriate solution.
