Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven office experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Ability to use MS Word and Excel proficiently and college-specific software
- Consistently pleasant, portray warmth as others interact with office
- Excellent writing skills
- Associate Degree
Preferred
- Bachelor Degree
- 1 year writing/editing experience
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests via telephone,
email, and other correspondence as needed
- Assist with general office support in executive office, including screening/directing
front desk traffic/callers, and scheduling
- Coordinate external requests for use of Ephraim Campus facilities
- Update and maintain Office of the President webpage
- Verify, organize, and update necessary office information/reports and college policy
webpage as needed
- Help with tracking expenditures, processing invoices, reconciling p-cards, making
travel arrangements, etc.
- Provide support for planning/execution of major college events
- Complete general office tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Salary:
$12.00 - $14.00 / hr DOE
Work Hours:
Part-time - Schedule to be determined. Mostly regular office time with some evening/weekend.
