  • This position is home-based - not on the Ephraim or Richfield campus.

 Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be willing to work and travel along the Wasatch front (Northern SLC, Ogden and Logan) with possible travel to other assigned areas in and out of state. Travel can be for long periods of time (50% travel should be expected).
  • Experience working with underrepresented populations preferred.
  • Ability and scheduling freedom to accommodate attendance at early morning, late night, and weekend admissions and recruiting activities.
  • Experience in working well with the public and projecting a professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Experience presenting to and engaging with groups - presentation skills are essential.
  • Have a working knowledge of college admissions, scholarship and financial aid processes (preferred).
  • Possess excellent organizational, writing, planning, instructional, leadership, marketing and communications skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software: contact, record contact information, track, and follow-up (relationship building) with prospective students, parents, high school counselors, and Snow College alumni within your assigned Wasatch front territory.
  • Ability to learn proper use of presentation hardware including computer, projector, and other tools
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Schedule and attend follow-up visits with targeted high schools, counselors, and students
  • Daily personal follow-up with (and manage of) contacts in your territory, using the CRM (accessible online) on a daily basis (up to 50% of daily work).
  • Represent Snow College on the annual Utah High School Tour and any assigned out-of-state areas
  • Represent Snow College at college fairs.
  • Build relationships with and work with Alumni.\
  • Support the Ephraim campus Snow College Welcome Center as needed / directed, including on- campus recruitment events (i.e. Snow Blasts, other events, etc.)
  • Assist with off-campus open house programs both spring and fall (along the Wasatch front).
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Reports directly to the Director of Admission on the Ephraim, UT Campus.

This is an exempt position with an excellent benefits package

Salary: 

$36,952 DOE

Work Hours:

Full-time

Expected to work 11 months each year
