Administrative Assistant - Custom Fit

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or two years related training
  • At least one-year experience working with the Custom Fit program is required
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and telephone skills
  • Excellent English, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
  • Excellent initiative and ability to anticipate needs of supervisors and/or clients
  • Willingness and ability to give OUTSTANDING customer service
  • Experience in preparing business letters, memos, reports, and minutes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
  • Willingness and ability to learn other software programs, as needed for the position
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Assist in client-related communications, both verbal and written, with utmost professionalism
  • Assist with dissemination of information through mailings, news distributions, etc. for promotion of Custom Fit training
  • Assist with scheduling of appointments and training programs
  • Assis with securing, organizing and maintain Custom Fit training supplies and materials
  • Provide assistance in registration for Custom Fit training classes as needed
  • Assist with gathering documentation for Custom Fit client files
  • Organize and properly maintain files
  • Ensure completeness of documentation required for client files
  • Utilize database to produce reports as required
  • Assist with data entry as required
  • Receive and appropriately direct inquiries with professionalism
  • Prepare financial transaction requests such as requisitions, transfers, deposits, check requests, travel forms, etc.
  • Other secretarial and office duties as needed
  • Occasional travel for meetings and event support
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary: 

$29,333 DOE

Work Hours:

Full-time - 11 Month Contract
