Qualifications:
- Associate degree or two years related training
- At least one-year experience working with the Custom Fit program is required
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and telephone skills
- Excellent English, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
- Excellent initiative and ability to anticipate needs of supervisors and/or clients
- Willingness and ability to give OUTSTANDING customer service
- Experience in preparing business letters, memos, reports, and minutes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Willingness and ability to learn other software programs, as needed for the position
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist in client-related communications, both verbal and written, with utmost professionalism
- Assist with dissemination of information through mailings, news distributions, etc.
for promotion of Custom Fit training
- Assist with scheduling of appointments and training programs
- Assis with securing, organizing and maintain Custom Fit training supplies and materials
- Provide assistance in registration for Custom Fit training classes as needed
- Assist with gathering documentation for Custom Fit client files
- Organize and properly maintain files
- Ensure completeness of documentation required for client files
- Utilize database to produce reports as required
- Assist with data entry as required
- Receive and appropriately direct inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare financial transaction requests such as requisitions, transfers, deposits,
check requests, travel forms, etc.
- Other secretarial and office duties as needed
- Occasional travel for meetings and event support
- Other duties as assigned

Salary:
$29,333 DOE
Work Hours:
Full-time - 11 Month Contract
