Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of power tools and equipment
- Possess efficient and effective resourcefulness, problem solving and troubleshooting
skills
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to work both individually and within
a group
- Background in general maintenance and repairs, with intermediate electrical, plumbing,
and HVAC knowledge
- Must have a Utah State driver's license
- Read, write and understand English
- Must pass a criminal background check, provided by Snow College
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
- Maintain and repair various residential structures
- Works collectively with student staff and other members of the housing maintenance/custodial
team
- Schedule may vary per the needs of project completion
- Repair walls, ceilings, patching and painting of residential units
- Maintains equipment used within the residential units
- Will assist with repairs and installation of carpet, tile and other flooring in housing
units, requiring bending, stooping, kneeling and handling of carpet and other flooring
from location to location
- Movement of furniture and appliances; including but not limited to: beds, stoves,
refrigerators, portable AC units and mattresses
Salary:
$10-$12/hour DOE

Part-time
