Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Related work experience required
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
- Computer proficiency (Office 365—Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with and commitment to the mission of Snow College in the Utah System
of Higher Education
- Demonstrate professionalism and problem solving skills
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
- Perform executive assistant responsibilities for the president (on the Richfield Campus),
CTE Director/BAT Division Dean
- Facilitate responses to faculty/staff, student, and other campus inquiries
- Serve as the front desk supervisor overseeing receptionists and courier
- Schedule all facilities on the Richfield Campus
- Serve on various committees, as directed by the president
- Coordinate special projects and visits by academic and public figures
- Assist with major campus events including commencement
- Act as a liaison to internal governance, policy-making bodies, and external community
groups as directed by the president
- Coordinate reports for internal and external review
- Provide Human Resource leadership for the Richfield Campus by facilitating personnel
needs and grievances, systems and procedures, and related financial transactions and
coordinating efforts with the HR office
- Serve as a member of the President’s Cabinet
- Possible opportunity to teach a college course for the qualified candidate (optional)

Salary:
$48,000 - $56,000
