Welcome to Snow Fun Department! We have the best youth conference programs in the state along with other youth activities available. Ephraim is home to Snow College located 120 miles South of Salt Lake City, in the beautiful Sanpete Valley. Come join us in the heart of Utah for a great experience!

Description:

Oversee and coordinate aspects for Snow Fun Groups needing overnight housing while on campus. Serve as an ongoing liaison between Snow Fun Management and Snow College Housing.  Provides a variety of office and housing activities.  Assign housing apartments for all Snow Fun participants.  Check-in groups to housing on arrival and check groups out when leaving and meet any needs that might arise during their stay. 

Maintain an up-to-date housing file to share with Snow College Housing personal including, Resident Life Coordinator, Residents Assistants and Cleaning Crew Management.  Meet weekly mid-May through July with Snow College Housing & Maintenance Staff.

The successful candidate should possess a cooperative, friendly and helpful attitude with co-workers and participants. Ability to work closely with employees and participants, ensuring a positive environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; conflict resolution and computer literacy.  Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to meet a demanding workload during busy times.

Assume other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Consideration will be given to current Snow College Adult employees.

Able to work part-time seasonal during May, June and July.

Starting pay @ $10 an hour.

Flexible hours from 10-40 hours weekly. Typically, Monday through Friday with some Saturday morning hours.
