Special permission is not required to utilize this space. Snow College reserves the
right to remove any flyer that does not adhere to the following guidelines. Flyers
may only be posted on approved bulletin boards. Flyers posted on walls, windows, poles,
bathroom stalls, or any other unapproved location will be removed and discarded.
- Only one flyer affiliated with a specific event is permitted on a single bulletin
board at any one time. Up to a total of three flyers authored or sponsored by the
same organization are permitted on a single bulletin board at any one time.
- Flyers are encouraged to be on an 8.5 inch by 11 inch piece of paper. All flyers must
be smaller than 8.5 inches by 14 inches.
- Do not cover other flyers.
- The author or sponsor must be clearly identified on the flyer.
- Flyers may be posted for up to two weeks and must be removed by poster immediately
following the event.
- Flyers must have clearly visible expiration dates. If the flyer is about an event,
the expiration date is the date of the event. If the flyer is not about an event,
the expiration date is no longer than two weeks after posting.
- Flyers cannot use Snow College trademarks without permission.
- Flyers subject matter must be speech protected by the First Amendment.
