Beloved campus tradition celebrates culture, connection, and student support
March 27, 2026 – Ephraim, UT – Snow College is excited to welcome back its annual International Food Festival, a cherished campus tradition that celebrates global cultures while supporting international students. Established in 1983, the festival has become a hallmark of spring at Snow College, pausing only briefly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the event, international students dress in traditional attire and serve sample dishes from their home countries, offering attendees a unique opportunity to experience cultures from around the world. Students, employees, and community members alike are invited to come together in a spirit of discovery, connection, and celebration.
The director of the Center for Global Engagement at Snow College, Becky Adams, says, “This event gives international students a chance to share dishes from home, creating meaningful connections and bringing a taste of the world to both our campus and the local community.”
The festival will be held on April 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Greenwood Student Center on the Ephraim campus. Tickets are $7 for students, $20 for general admission, and $60 for families of up to five. All proceeds support International Student Scholarships.
