We will cover the artist biography, statement, website, social media presence, photographic documentation of artwork, exhibition venues and writing an exhibition proposal. Biography:
Dedicated to the arts as a maker, facilitator and educator, Amy Jorgensen is the Co-Director and Curator at Granary Art Center, a non-profit contemporary exhibition space and forthcoming artist residency program. Born in Italy, she received degrees from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Tufts University and University of California San Diego. She has curated over 25 exhibitions, served as a juror for the UMOCA Doctorow Prize and Springville Museum of Art Spring Salon, and is a member of the UDAM Acquisition Committee. She regularly lectures about issues related to curatorial practice and her work as a practicing artist.
