Guaranteed Count

Full payment for all youth conferences are due on or before May 1st. Please plan ahead to send payment in full by the due date.

By April 1st, a guaranteed number of participants must be reported to Snow Fun. Your invoice and your final accounting (after your youth conference) will be charged your guaranteed number times your program cost, or the actual count, whichever is higher. However, if less attend, you will still pay for your guaranteed number. If you do not report a guaranteed number for your group by April 1st, your original estimated number will be charged, no exceptions. If you underestimate your count, beds might not be available.
