Stacy (Mishler) Jensen - 1990 Alum

1. Where you are currently employed?

I am currently employed at Brigham Young University – Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho.

1. What year did you graduate?

   I graduated from college in 2006 from Brigham Young University – Idaho with three degrees…an Associates in Sociology, an Associates in Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in University Studies with a minor in Marriage and Family Studies.

2. What are your hobbies?

   I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, and scrapbooking.

3. How did Snow College contribute to your accomplishments?

I learned that there is always more to learn.  Snow College is only a two year college so it gave me a taste of what college was about and prepared me to move on to another University.

1. What is your most memorable moment at Snow College?

   I remember two very special roommates that knew that my family was not able to help me out financially.  They each wrote a check for half of my Spring tuition out of their own bank accounts so that I would be able to attend school a second semester.  My parents were eventually able to come up with the funds to help, but the love these two roommates showed towards me was so touching it has stayed with me for many years.  I was touched by their selfless expression of kindness.  They were willing to assist me even though they both had tuition, books, housing and a semester’s worth of expenses to cover for themselves.
