Courtney Johnson Carpenter - 2011 Alum

    1. Where you are currently employed?

I just graduated from Utah State University so right now I am a substitute teacher, looking for a teaching job next fall.

    1. What are your hobbies?

I like to read, write, watch movies, hiking, camping and going on dates with my husband.

    2. How did Snow College contribute to your accomplishments?

The price was really good for the education and the classes were smaller. Snow was a stepping stone to getting me into where I wanted to go, which was Utah State. The professors were really helpful and would spend class time going over homework with students.

  1. What is your most memorable moment at Snow College?

The most memorable moment was the fun I had with my roommates. We would go to the football games and the fine arts department and hang out there. I also enjoyed going to the school plays and playing Frisbee by the student center where we hung out. I enjoyed my English classes because they were my most fun classes. I also enjoyed being a part of the institute choir which was really fun. I also remember, my poem won first place in the WEEDS Literary Magazine Competition. I will always remember Rock and Roll Night with the Phat Professors! Loved that concert! I also loved running around campus and making crazy music videos with my roommates.
