Title: Resilience and Happiness for Self and Others

Description: This course helps students develop and maintain greater satisfaction in their own lives and possibly help others do the same. Students will learn to personally and professionally develop greater resilience, increase happiness and satisfaction in life, and improve healthy life practices. They will also learn to recognize and manage common beliefs, practices, and patterns that can negatively impact happiness and life satisfaction. This course is cross-listed as PSY 1050.
