Title: Individual Lifetime Fitness
Description: Lifetime Fitness is a course for individuals who are interested in maintaining their fitness but not particularly interested in participating in activities that are team or group oriented. They will be taught basic fundamentals of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through mini lectures and exposure to activities that can be performed in a variety of locations from the gym to the home and outdoors.
