ESL 0270, 0470 and 0970 are the Conversation Classes that students take
concurrently with their enrollment in the ESL courses. Each conversation
class meets daily for a one hour class. Regular Academic students present
lessons and direct the class to participate in an activity that will encourage
the students to practice their English skill. There is a ratio of 5 ESL
students to one tutor. There are no tests or homework in this class. Students
are expected to come and participate in the day's activities.
ESL 0270 and 0470 are taught at 2:30 MTWR; Fridays the
class meets at 10:30
ESL 0970 is taught at 3:30 MTWR; Fridays the class meets
at 11:30.
This is a required course for Full-time ESL students.
