Students with 6 or more unexcused absences, missed exams, or excessive missed assignments may be dropped from the class. This will result in a UW and count as a failing grade in the grade point average. If you know that you will be absent (for athletics, debate, music, etc.) please see me BEFORE you miss class so that the necessary accommodations can be made.
