Course Evaluations

Snow College provides students the opportunity to evaluate their course experience and provide feedback on general and course-specific learning outcomes. Course evaluations are made available to students via the BadgerWeb portal at the end of every academic period. This includes block classes and summer term courses. Instructional labs, concurrent enrollment, and continuing education courses are also supported by the course evaluation platform (SurveyDig). Faculty are encouraged to allot class time (15 to 20 minutes) near the end of the academic period to facilitate the completion of student course evaluations.

Student Access:

Students can access their course evaluations using one of two ways:

  • Before the last day of the term: Using BadgerWeb portal to access the "old" Student Services/Student Records links to view the Current Registered Classes.
  • After the last day of the term: Using the BadgerWeb portal to access the "old" Student Services/Student Records links to view their Final Grades

Students must carefully read the titles and questions associated with each course evaluations because completion errors cannot be remedied once the evaluation has been submitted.

Faculty Access

Faculty can access their course evaluations via BadgerWeb using their single sign-on credentials. During the evaluation period, faculty can only view the progress of their completed evaluations. Course evaluation detail is suspended until the conclusion of the evaluation time frame. Snow College’s course evaluation system allows faculty to view their current and any past course evaluations. Aggregate views and scoring allow provide faculty with student feedback across their entire tenure. All reports/views can be printed, saved to PDF, or exported to Excel.
