Course Details:

This is the first course of three in a 45 week Web Developer Program.

Learn the foundations of coding and software development in the course! You will learn development tools such as IDE and Git.  Core concepts will be taught to understand functions, loops, algorithms, data structures, and more. Programming languages will also be introduced. 

A major focus of this course is not only the tools, concepts, and languages, but also the soft skills necessary for working in the industry. You will be taught what employers are looking for in more than just tech skills; a major advantage when entering the workforce.

At the end of the course, you will be awarded a Software Development Foundations Certificate, and be able to continue on to the Front-End Web Developer Certificate

Front-End Web Development

Course Details:

This is the second course of three in a 45 week Web Developer Program. 

Pre-requisite: Software Development Foundations Certificate

A front-end developer builds the front-end portion of websites and web applications—that is, the part that users see and interact with. A front-end developer creates websites and applications using web languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript allow users to access and interact with the site or app.

At the end of the course, you will be awarded a Front-End Web Developer Certificate, and be able to continue on to the Back-End Web Developer Certificate

Back-End Web Development

Course Details:

This is the third course of three in a 45 week Web Developer Program.

Pre-requisite: Front-End Web Developer Certificate

The back end refers to parts of a computer application or a program's code that allow it to operate and that cannot be accessed by a user. Most data and operating syntax are stored and accessed in the back end of a computer system. Typically, the code is comprised of one or more programming languages.

At the end of the course, you will be awarded a Back-End Web Developer Certificate, and also a Full-Stack Web Developer Certificate
