Approval Flow Chart1. Go to https://www.snow.edu/syllabus/
2. Without logging in, you may use
the "Search" box to find syllabi for viewing and
printing in HTML or PDF forms.
3. Log in to edit syllabi and use
other features of the syllabus database.
4. Use "Syllabus Inbox" to send and receive messages from other syllabus database users.
5. Use "My Syllabi" to view syllabi
that you are drafting.
6. Use "Create New Syllabus" to
create a syllabus for a new course.
7. Use "Advanced Search" to limit
or expand a syllabus search.
8. Use "Change Password" to create
a new password.
9. Use "Profile" to enter information that will automatically populate syllabi that you work on. Please update your profile as soon as possible after logging in to the system for the first time. Required information: User Name, First Name, Last Name, Position (Chair, Dean, other), Rank (Adjunct Professor, Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor), and Highest Degree.
10. Use "Suggestions/Bugs" to report problems encountered while using the database.
11. Use "Logout" to log out at the end of a session.
12. Depending on your status as designated by database administrators, you may be able to access other features of the database system.
