Title: Cheerleading

Description: This course is for second-year members of the Intercollegiate Cheerleading squad at Snow College. Cheerleading is a sport that requires a high fitness level and good conditioning skills that have been shown to lead to fewer injuries. This class is intended to put student athletes into an optimal position so that they will be ready to cheer during an Intercollegiate season and improve their cheer skills, leadership and rule based knowledge of the sport.
