Background

The BSD Certification Group (www.bsdcertification.org) selected
phpESP for creating and managing surveys.  The one drawback was
its point-and-click interface.  A more rapid prototyping tool
was needed to create and test surveys.


The phpespmod.pl perl script was created to generate the minimum 
set of SQL statements needed to create a new survey.  With this
tool, and a delimited input file, a survey can be created
and tested in minutes- regardless of length.
