Course Name: Thanksgiving Turkey
This is a mouth watering demo style class where you will learn to roast a Thanksgiving turkey in about 2.5 hours. Taking inspiration from Julia Child’s The Way to Cook this class will teach you how to keep the white meat moist, make enough stuffing for all your guests, and how to carve with ease. Samples of turkey, stuffing and *gravy included!
