Course Name: Restaurant Style Ravioli
For ONE NIGHT ONLY Guest Chef Trisha Oyler, currently at Cena in the Chateaux Deer Valley, is in town to teach you how to craft fresh pasta at home. It is much easier than you might think! We will teach you tips and tricks to keep the filling where it’s supposed to be, as well as teach you to make two fresh sauces and three delicious fillings so you can make ravioli for your friends and family all year long! We recommend you bring along a container to take what you create home with you.
