Course Name: Kitchen Knife Skills
Get properly acquainted with your knives. They are one of the most important tools in your kitchen! Discover kitchen knife basics like how to properly hold your knives to cut the product and not your fingers, which knives are best for which application, and how to keep that sharp edge once you’ve got it. There will be snacks. There will be chef’s knives for you to learn with, but feel free to bring your knife if you wish to learn to sharpen it and learn to cut with it.
