With ingredients from right here in Richfield, class will cover how to curdle, melt, and stretch milk into delicious Mozzarella and will teach some recipes to highlight it all year long. Snow College in Richfield has a former culinary student turned professional chef teaching cooking classes in the old culinary kitchen in the Admin building for Community Education.
