About this Course

Join this course and “round up” the resources you need to manage conflict with flexibility and credibility. We all experience conflict.  Whether you're an active participant, or mediating between others, conflict is a fact of life at work and at home. In this interactive course you will learn to manage and resolve conflict effectively.  Conflict Round Up is filled with insight, guidance and tools to improve conflict resolution in the workplace. 

During the Conflict Round Up Seminar You Will:

  • Gather confidence in managing conflict situations at work.
  • Recognize your own conflict triggers.
  • Harness five key approaches to handling conflict with your personal TKI® Conflict Profile.*
  • Bring Emotional Intelligence to the Conflict Resolution Table
  • Avoid being manipulated into taking sides.
  • Take away a pragmatic Conflict Resolution Checklist:  Leading Conflict — When You are the Supervisor.
