DESCRIPTION:About this Course\nIn this hands-on class you will learn how to make delicious SOURDOUGH BREAD every time. You will also learn the how’s and why’s of soaking nuts\, sprouting seeds\, and souring grain for MAXIMUM NUTRITION and incorporate it all into delicious meals! Learn why these processes are needed to neutralize the anti-nutrients inherent in all seeds and nurture your grain from a seed with naturally built-in protective elements that make it difficult to digest\, to one that is a nourishing staple in your diet. Each student will get to make their own sourdough flatbread sandwich (loaded with fresh veggies\, sprouts\, and a delicious pesto mayo...oh man\, they are good!).  \n\nBONUS\nEnjoy samples of other pre-made things to try like homemade granola\, soaked and dehydrated nuts (by far the most delicious way to snack on nuts)\, overnight buttermilk pancakes\, and a delicious sprouted rice mixture that can be used to make delicious entrees.\n
