Qualifications• Must have a 4-year degree with 2 years’ industry experience OR a 2-year degree with 6 years industry experience OR equivalent 6-10 years of industry experience preferably with industry certifications
• Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent technology and classroom management skills
• Must be dependable and trustworthy
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must be able to take lead on projects
• Must have computer skills in using Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
• Must have a valid Utah Driver’s License
• Preference will be given to applicants with positive work experience
• Must submit to and be able to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
Duties• Teach Snow College courses in the following subject areas:
o Industrial Print Reading
o Manufacturing and Automation Technology
o Intro to Robotics
o Geometric Dimensioning
o Manufacturing Process
o Composites
o Quality Control
o Technical Drafting
o Computer Aided Drafting
o SolidWorks
o Other industrial courses as assigned
• Ensure lab equipment is secure and operable for student instruction
• Maintain additional lab supplies as needed
• Assist with maintaining an orderly and clean environment in the lab to ensure safety
• Provide mentorship to students
• Perform recruiting for program
• Assist students with job placement
• Other duties as assigned.
Additional InformationThis is a full-time position with an annual nine-month schedule. Salary is based on educational background and experience at hire. This is an exempt position with a complete benefits package.
