Qualifications• Must have Bachelor’s Degree;
• Must have excellent communication;
• Must have computer skills.
• Marketing experience and/or background in higher education preferred.
DutiesDuties include: design and carry out market analysis and focus group research, analyze enrollment-related data and reports, develop relationships with key stakeholders, including high school counselors, and supervise assistant admissions officers and support staff.
Additional Information• Develop and implement admission and recruitment efforts for nationally ranked, multi-campus, residential, two-year college. • Willingness to work early morning, evenings and weekends, as circumstances require, and a willingness to travel. • It is assumed the director and assistants will travel to high schools, and other recruiting venues, approximately 50% of working days in furtherance of enrollment efforts. • Will report to the College President.
Salary$55,000 to $65,000 DOE.
